We treat all client financial information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law, with your written consent, or as necessary to provide your requested services.

Either party may terminate a service engagement upon written notice. Upon termination, you agree to pay for all services rendered through the termination date. We will provide you with copies of all completed work product and return any original documents you provided.
We reserve the right to withdraw from an engagement if we determine, in our professional judgment, that we cannot continue to provide services in compliance with applicable professional standards.
In the event of a dispute arising from our services, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Estero, Florida. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
